We maintain a library of cleaning maintenance reference material, in print and well as video, and allow our staff and cleaning associates complete access to these materials so that they can stay current on the latest cleaning techniques, chemical applications, and safety procedures.
Prior to engaging in any service to our clients, we take our associates through a one-on-one training that includes viewing cleaning industry techniques on video and answering questions they may have about a particular cleaning solution. Finally, we provide on-the-job training to our new cleaning associates prior to their new account engagement.
Before we allow any of our cleaning associates to work in a building, we take them through a series of safety classes to ensure that they are knowledgeable of industry proven safety techniques.
Our staff performs quality inspections on our crews to guarantee that our service level is up to customer expectations and we survey our customers periodically to let you tell us how you feel our crews are doing.
